• Damaged items

    If your goods have arrived damaged please ring our Customer Services Department on 015394 22020, and a returns label will be arranged for you.

  • Can I return an item I don’t like?

    Yes, you can. First of all make contact with our Customer Services Department, within 14 days of receiving your goods, on 015394 22020. They will ask you to return the item with a payment receipt. Once the goods have been delivered to our warehouse we will arrange a refund to your account.

  • The wrong items have been delivered by us

    If the wrong products are sent to you, contact our Customer Services Department on 015394 22020 and we will arrange for the return of the incorrect items and the dispatch of the correct goods.
