  • Cost of Post and Packing - UK

    However much you purchase all the items in a single transaction will be posted to one address, for a single fee of £4.95.

    Delivery will be via Royal Mail First Class or Tracked 48.

  • Cost of Post and Packing – outside the UK

    However much you purchase all the items in a single transaction will be posted to one address, for a single fee.

    • Europe Signed/Tracked – delivery within approximately 5 working days – £25.00
    • Rest of World Signed/Tracked – delivery within approximately 5 working days – £35.00
  • Product availability

    We take every care to ensure all items are in stock. To guide you all items are displayed with a record of their stock availability.

    • ‘In-stock’ means items are available and should be dispatched within 24 working hours
    • ‘Low stock’ means items are running low. We should have these items available and they will be processed within 24 working hours but if an order is placed ahead of yours items may become unavailable. In the unlikely event this happens we will make contact with you within 24 working hours hours to notify you of when the product will become available or arrange an alternative product or refund.
    • If an item your desire is out of stock, please contact us. Our Customer Service department will find out when this item will be available.
  • Order hasn’t arrived?
    • Please make sure your order has been dispatched. ­We will automatically send an email confirming dispatch when your order leaves our shop and the order should be marked as “Processed” in your on-line account.
    • If your order has left us and enough time has elapsed to cover the delivery service you specified, we recommend you contact your local post office and check they aren’t holding the package for you. They may not have been able to deliver your package and have returned it to the post office for collection. They should leave a card to say that delivery has been attempted but we have found that this does not always happen.
    • If the post office return your package to us because you did not collect it, you will have to pay the postage and packing charge again to have it resent.
    • Because of the difference in delivery times, we cannot consider a package lost until 28 days have elapsed since dispatch. This is regardless of country of residence. If this time has elapsed and you have checked you package isn’t with your local post office please contact us.
  • Damaged items

    If your goods arrive damaged we will ask you to return the affected items to us, with a payment receipt, using our freepost address. We will then arrange to post replacement items to you or refund the cost to your account.

  • Can I exchange an item I don’t like?

    Yes, you can. First of all make contact with our Customer Services Department, within 14 days of receiving your goods, at 015394 22020. They will ask you to return the item with a payment receipt. Once the goods have been delivered to our warehouse we will arrange a credit note or refund to your account.

  • The wrong items have been delivered by us

    If the wrong products are sent to you, simply contact us.

    Our Customer Services Department will arrange for the return of the incorrect items using our freepost address, and the dispatch of the correct goods.

  • Delivery address errors

    If your order is returned to us because it is not collected from the post office or because you have entered an incorrect address, we may be able to resend the order, however you will have to pay postage and packaging. We are not responsible for non-delivery to an incorrect address.

  • Import charges and customs

    All import and export charges are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over the time it will take to for your order to clear customs. We recommend you contact the relevant authorities before placing an order.
